Do you need to re-apply to programs in CJ to put your links on new sites?

I've been promoting affiliate programs through CJ on one site for a very long time.

Now I am starting up a new blog and was going to just use the same code on them. But I was wondering if this is legal? Do you need to re-apply to the same affiliate programs with the new domain names?

    Please advise.

You can use the same links on all of your websites, however, if you want to track the performance of each site, it is advisable to add each new site to your account manager. This will allow you to get clicks/leads/sales for each site.

No, you do not need to re-apply to programs in CJ to put your links on new sites.

you must add all your websites/blogs to your cj account. If you are once accepted into a program in cj, you can post same links on your sites. no need to apply to all programs again and again

No, you don´t need to apply again, you can just put the links on all your sites. As mentioned by others, you will need to add all of your sites to your account if you want to track your results.
