Do you need to be indexed to use adsense???

I have just opened a new website, I haven't promoted it, or got any links yet, or anything
I am still setting it up

I tried to put in some adsense code and it was just showing blank even after waiting for 1 hour
I tried in multiple spaces with multiple ad units
My adsense account has been through 4 websites and is very old

Is it because the website: (http://www.m-w-2.com) isnt indexed yet???

    Thanks

You must have some content on your web site to get some AdSense advertising there.

According to your web site theme Google place ads that are related to your content.

I think you must have more content on that web site to get some ads. And give some time to Google AdSense robots to research your content.

if you have pages with full of contents your ad will display , and you have to add your site in allowed/active urls

I suggest you to put adsense code in Thread with full of content instead of homepage

Yes, is it because the website isnt indexed yet.

    and

Google Help › AdSense Help › Adding AdSense to my site › Ad implementation › Code Implementation Guide

Be patient after pasting your ad code

If you see public service ads (also known as PSAs) after placing your ad code, you may simply need to give our crawler an opportunity to visit your site. This generally occurs within 30 minutes of implementing the ad code, but can take as long as 48 hours. When your page is viewed and the JavaScript code is executed, our crawler is called to your pages. For this reason, we recommend visiting each of the pages on which you've placed the ad code in order to ensure each page is crawled. Doing this, then waiting a few hours, can often solve PSA problems.

no need.Even if your website is not indexed, adsense ads will show up.Do one thing and i am sure adsense ads will show up:
1.put the adsense code on a web page,
2.refresh it 5 or 10 times and you should see the adsense ads anytime.

Hope you would not mind 10 impressions going waste .
