Do you need a special host to stream videos?

    Do you need a special host in order to stream videos? How about to stream videos in 3g?

    I was looking at streamhost. Will godaddy work?

    if you are talking about web hosting for streaming i will tell you right now you either want a dedicated server or maybe unlimited shared hosting it depends if a host provider will let you use about 6% CPU then you can just use shared hosting but if not you will need a dedicated server i know you could either use a host like nexgenhosting.com for shared hosting or you could get a dedicated server which i could rent you at around $89.99 a month

    Which one of us are you talking to? Hopefully not me, as I do not offer hosting.

    I just want to know if you can stream videos on any host, or does it have to be a special host that is formatted for streaming.
