What are your thoughts on adding subforums to a wowbb forum site? Wowbb is php & MySQL based, but lacks subforums. The subforums coming out for them are likely not to be satisfactory to me as I want subforums basically just like Admin Fusion's (exactly like them with the exception of a small change).

I would want ownership/distribution rights.

im desperate for a clone of streetdeeds.com. It doesnt have to look the same but must have the same functionality and work with all america an england addresses. Im not sure how much this is going to cost but i can stretch my budget a bit further for a fast turn around.

Hi - sorry, I figured you were familiar with AdminFusion. Here is a link to their forums:

Notice the little icon next to the Software forum, and how if you click it, the subforums appear as a space-saving, superimposed overlay. Check out how if you click on a forum and enter it, the subforums are listed up top and the forum's threads are below that. Forums are indexed back properly in the location indicator. Obviously, they would have to work with the existing systems such as Search, Recent Posts, etc.

The only thing I really want different is that when you enter the forum, I do not want the subforums to be shown like full forums, just a clickable line like many subforums show on homepages. This is to save space and assume a lot of subforums within one. Also, their software shows how many users are viewing, wowbb does not do that nor do I want it to, just to be clear in case you would think I expected that.
