Do you need a 18+ confirmation screen on adult website?

    I have a website http://www.JudgeMyBreasts.com, and I was wondering if I was REQUIRED by US law to do a check of 18+ before the user can enter.

    Heh, last time I checked it was 21 or older. And yes, you must have every user who enters your page agree to some sort of TOS (Terms of Violation), a policy, agreement, etc.
