    The way people memorize phonenumber might be different one to another.
    I memorize it in the unit of 3 digit: xxx - xxx - xx
    some people may be memorize it in 4 digit xxxx - xxxx

    I can hardly call from when I began to quit the habit of memorizing phone numbers. In the old days, there were few functions of cell-phone and to the convenience, I would like to keep the phone numbers in mind for I found it difficult to find the contact's number sometimes. However, now I can hardly remember the contact's number as the cellphone becomes more and more advanced. I had ever have my phone stolen and then I almost lost all the numbers and now I would try to remember some inportant persons' number just in case.

    I was good before but I go to cell phone only three years ago. I program new numbers once and that's it, so I'm totally screwed without my phone. :eek:

    I can only remember 1 phone number which is 14 digits long. I memorised it 26 years ag0. It was for ringing up for live space shuttle transmissions.
