Do you MAKE More on your site with CPM or CPA ads? Whats the best option, CPA or CPM? Please share your experience with both. thanks, -C
I don't really make a lot more in neither of them, the only CPA I use is Adsense but there are weeks in which i receive only 2-3 clicks or weeks in which i receive a lot of clicks on the ads and make very little. But for me CPM are the way to go, steady but healthy.
I'm thinking about mixing up CPM and CPA. You can have a cpm ad at the footer or some other area. But, if you know some really RELATED product, try to use CPA in a good spot. Just make sure that the product is related, no matter what the revenue / price is of the product. If you have are doing CPA for a product / service / w.e that is completely different from your website, I doubt you will get many sales. It depends on the niche tbh. If you have something like an arcade site, CPA is probably not the best way to go. But, if you have a health informational blog, CPA will generate you a lot of revenue.
If you aren't going to bother developing the site content, etc- CPA is the way to go. I have always found that a low clickthrough with moderate converting CPA offers make more money in the long run than making a tenth-penny per visitor. Well, maybe not that extreme, but anyways... You need ridiculous traffic to make good money with CPM.
My website visitor don't want to click around much, that's why i have to stick with CPM. But still can't find a good CPM company which good for adult site
CPA all the way. It's much more lucrative as not many people have the traffic to pull in big numbers from CPM.
