I see like a 50%-100% increase on weekends, do you?

it's going to depend on your niche..
in the past, weekends were really bad for me but recently they've been about the same as the rest of the week..

Yeah, it definitely depends on your niche. Could go either way.

Week-ends are mostly less paying than week days. Many adwords advertisers reduce their bid price for their ads.

In some of my niches yes.
But it figures because weekends is when people have time to surf the net

Their are more people online during the weekends, so you'll probably get more hits and people have a lot more time to spend.

My highest days are Fridays, while Sundays are my lowest. This is pretty typical for my three primary niches; but still, a friend of mine is quite the opposite, where his highest days are Saturday & Sunday. There are so many factors to consider when looking at this kind of stuff that it's generally not worth over-analysing; just take your best performing days as your best performing days... :)

Nope, its about the same. Whats interesting is I get less traffic over the weekend but my earnings are pretty much the same as in the week.

Fridays and Saturdays usually high. Sunday takes a nose dive for my sites.

traffic is low on weekends, so the amount of clicks goes down too. I see a 30%+ decrease on all my sites in saturdays and sundays

Days, from best to worst (both traffic and earnings) -
    Wednesday ~100
    Tuesday
    Thursday
    Monday
    Friday
    Sunday
    Saturday ~75

Best paying hours are from 10AM - 4PM California time, with people surfing from work. On the weekend, people have better things to do.

    it totally depends.....

if u have video based website, weekday office people can't join... so your monetization could be slow on weekdays, but yes, can drive crazy on weekends...

it depends... coz mine is blog based, weekends, the visitors reduced double

Yes, both visitors and earnings on Adsense are less here as well.
However, despite the less visitors I have good results with affl. programs on the weekends.
