Do you make enough from Adsense that you don't have to work?

I know, as a good Adsense publisher(well, was), I used to make a ton of money - so I didn't have to work, because Adsense was bringing in more money that I didn't have to work for anyone.

So, does Adsense bring you a lot of money?

 

For me, not yet ....I still work for someone....well.. I'm waiting for that day to come ..

Probably he got banned or his sites got Sandboxed!

 

I used to make thoudsand dollars per month untill the day my account got a ban ^^
That's what they said never put all eggs in a basket .

 

I'm about half way ther. About another 6 months. I can't wait!

 

Relying on adsense alone is always bad decision. I do agree with never put all your eggs in one basket. You will never know when you will receive the ban hammer.

 

So why the sudden change from 'I used to make a ton of money' to 'well was' have you been banned or something else changed ??

I dont work for anyone else but myself and have been like this for 5 years i make make more than i did working for other people and i had a very good job for over 20 years,these days i am semi-retired as i have many online and off line venture across a wide spectrum this means that if a bill come i dont have to worry about it getting payed.

How much do i earn this is see as personal information and i never disclose anything like this apart from my accountant.

 

I lost my network, and had to rebuild from the ground up - slowly getting there.

Are you trying to be stupid or are stupid already? I've never been banned by Adsense.

I consider working online as a part time job which goes hand in hand with my studies and I make a fairly decent amount from it! Although I am always looking to create new revenue streams etc

 

I quit my job years ago and just do adsense and also, well uh uh, links to adult sites. I spent $20 on a domain and a banner and have made $1,000s in the past few months with a simple white label. I just got into adsense so am still waiting for that income to keep me from having to work 9-5.

 

Like others who replied here..I too did not make much money to earn a living

 

I'd rather work full time, and just have adsense as something for 'extra' pocket money.

Ya, its not always good to put your eggs in one basket anyways - Adsense wasn't my main earner before either.

 

i have a steady 9-5 software development job (no i'm not from India so I don't get the outsourced pay rate), 2 of my own businesses and I don't give a rats' ass if i don't earn a penny from adsense. And I don't worship adsense like some kind of divine creature or god like some stupid DP noobs here are doing.

 

How did you lose your network? Bankrupt?

 

I still work but i earn 1.500 euro each motnhs from adsense. T o be honest this month was 1.430

 

adsense is giving me nothing but infolinks has worked out very well for me and don't forget freelancing
