I love what I do, but I also enjoy getting money from it. Sometimes I get frustrated because the money isn't that good. In moments like that I wonder if I should just create a shit-ass service just to get the money, or should I do my job with quality and trust that money will come naturally. There are always shortcuts to get results fast, but my whole life I just don't believe in shortcuts as they usually cost you more in the long-run. The problem is that patience is running out. I wish they sold patience in pharmacies, I'd go and buy some now.
There are many books on business success. It could be worth reading them to find out how the big money (wo)men did it. You will find that their path to riches was not necessary an easy road. Good luck in the path you take.
I am a person who loves what I do. I mean I also have a part time job, and I hate it, and I'm hoping I can quit it with enough dedication to some of my sites, and the provision of my services. I like to enjoy what I do, but remember, we work to live, we do not live to work. You should enjoy what you do, since it is my belief that you will maintain motivation, and continue to work to a higher standard if you enjoy yourself.
Think of it as a hobby: Do you love the internet? Maybe you do web design, or freelance programming, or SEO services, or copywriting services, etc. What about most people's hobbies? Some people love tennis, or chess, or golf, or taking vacations, or going to the movies every day. Those hobbies all COST the money. Guess what? Our hobbies PUT MONEY IN OUR POCKETS. We are blessed. I LOVE doing stuff on the internet. I earn money while doing it. I think it is great.
Good point ! However it isn't just a hobby in my case, since I don't have any other job and it is my sole source of income.
I love it all because it provides a much better feeling than your average "9-5" job would deliver. I will admit, the money isn't bad either.
you have to blessed doing what you love. most people cant do it. if the earnings arent good may be you should analyze whats not clicking properly. checkout how others successful in same niche is doing it. learning from history is always a good thing.
Thanks for the advice webcosmo Currently my hero is Mark Zuckerberg and the goal is 1 billion $ in less than 10 years. Lol. But yea, jokes aside, history is important to know.
almost everything job ive have had online or offline has been for the money rather than the passion bcos it was necessary for the money at that time so i would take whatever opportunity arises - probably why i dont last long in the job and end up not enjoying it...... it sure would be great to be able to earn enough income from your passion that you dont have worry about finding other work to support yourself
I just love marketing and all that stuff. You gotta love it if you want to succeed in it. If you don't like it you will fail and that's the reason why 99% fail making money online.
Both, without money we could not do anything and without love we could no do anything really perfect, either.
I will always do something I love to do, and make money from it at the same time. I've had enough jobs working a job where I was miserable and getting paid. I had enough. Now I work harder than ever before, get paid, and love what I do. To me, nothing is better.
I suppose that patience is a vital key in any undertaking. Though stimulating you success is not bad at all. You may ask for concrete advice if you say what exactly your job is.
i am doing this while pursuing two bachelors. only doing for money, actually i hate this domaining thing as a job. after i earn my 9600$(hopefully) i will never ever going to sell/buy a domain
Whatever you do, put your soul into it. Then you will have success. Money will be a measure of your success.
Yes i like what i'm doing for living now. My job is forex scalper full time. After trade hitting the daily profit,i will do other job such as gardening.
