    if the movie is horror, i prefer watching it by myself alone. but if different genre it's fun to watch as group especially if it's comedy and adventure.

    I love to watch alone as watching in gathering and friends won't let you to get it entirely. Considering me, I used to watch it alone with lots of peanuts and dry fruits packets around me :p

    I rather watch at home a movie because its a lot quieter, no children/babies to make random annoying noises, a lot cleaner, don't have to worry about cell phones going off, no people who chew loudly, more comfortable seats, and no overpriced snacks or tickets. The only reason to go to a theater is to experience everybody's reactions to the movie, but with all of the negatives, it's not worth it.
