    after doing some work i have made up my own site which has some images 50+ if am awake (yes i am :p)
    okay what the partner will do.

    1. download pics from rapidshare/sendspace (5-40 mb limits)
    2. upload to FTP.

    what will you get

    1. The bundle of images for resell use. Yes its yours.
    2. Backlinks with resell Rights But after my approval
    3. Your adsense/bidvertiser ads (no popups) on the homepage.

    I use an ajax script so its easy to get images even on dialups.
