ye, i do lock the door. since i am living in a big department with many others. but i do not like this way...
Locking the doors is just to safeguard our belongings. I always do that when I go out. But there are thieves who are capable of breaking the locks (of course, without being noticed!) and do the vanishing act with the booty...
I too prefer to lock the main door and backdoor. Although I am having six locks like you, I will lock all of them only if I am going for a Loong drive...
You have six locks! I have just one and that is more than enough to provide me security. I guess the thieves are less equipped to even breaking one... in my area! Regards, RightMan
I have hard drive transfer cameras (clearly signed) triggered by movement - so even if they get in they better get past that and the secret DNA things I have set up - but yes locks always
I have lived where I am now for over 15 years and have never locked the doors. I f somebody wants to break in , might as well save $300 with the new door jamb.
Lock your house/doors - anyone getting in my place is getting their DNA taken in ways they never dreamed of LOL Sad state of affairs we are in from my memories way back but that's life...
Various things If getting in through windows there are one or two things in place designed to scrape DNA - if via doors there are various electronic triggers designed to do something similar Obviously I don't want to go in to too many details as that would defeat the object My movement triggered CCTV that is rigged up to my PC would be useless for those well masked up I realised so I put DNA grabbing other things in place. One measure is something as simple as gloss painted artex strategically placed that would mean access would be very difficult in certain areas without leaving DNA samples behind. Some include simple trip measures or static offline things to and are not even remotely connected to the CCTV and my computer networks.
