Share you story with me, i would like to see how you deal with this kind of change in life I born in Hong Kong, moved to New York when i was 19(can't get in University there ). Finish my Degree in computer science and got a job now. I only have a working permit so i have to go back to HK if i loss my job..and that give me a big pressure. I don't want to go back to HK anymore because i am used to US's live. Last time i went back to visit my parent, i feel like i am a outsider. I don't know anything(news, entertainment stuff) and i move and talk too slow(if you visited HK, you knows that they are freaking fast). Also, my Chinese is getting worse and worse everyday...but my English suck at the same time..so i am kind of stuck now....

Ni Hou Ma Samskpunk, I went the other way - born in Scotland, moved to HK when I was 18, 15 years there, then moved to Thailand, three years there, then moved to France - didn't like it too much so that only lasted two weeks - moved to Tenerife and here I still am 6 years later. I've forgotten ALL my Cantonese so don't think I'll be heading back to HK anytime soon.
