Do you like your Landlord?

Do you have a cool landlord or a terrible landlord?
Do they come in your house while you're away?
Do the act creepy or perverted towards you?
Are they slow at fixing things?


So, why do you like your landlord or don't like your landlord?

Yes, we like our landlord..He's the coolest!! He's very nice and fixes things on the spot.. We were a week late one time and he said no prob and don't worry about it.. Overall, He's the best landlord we ever had by far!!

 

Luckily I'm my own landlord, but it's nice to hear that not all landlords are horrible.

My landlord rocks.
Great friendly guy,
gives me a few days notice before entering (and thats only for repair / reno),
and the winter was rough for me and was about 30 days late on my rent a couple times and he let it slide.

 

i own my own place now, but my last landlord was an idiot a truly annoying guy, never got anything fixed and was a pain in *** if i may say.

 

i own house so no landlord..!

 

My landlord in interesting to say the least. He does half ass repairs through out his units to save money, but in the long run hes losing. He could save A LOT of money by repairing shit right the first time.

Oh well. LOL
