I was looking at the forums and came across this one.The thread caught my eye being a mad one. I like all the egg fried with a full english nut have to be runny so i can dip my mushrooms in it. egg yolks are bad for the heart because they contain a lot of cholesterol. Most of bodybuilders don't eat much of egg-yolks though, neither myself
