I've just installed windows 7 rc and I really impressed with it's smoothness. My PC responds very slow when I tried to run Vista but Windows 7 rc is really awaysome. Windows 7 rc has included almost all the features of Vista and XP.

What do you think about Windows 7 rc?

That's right buddy. This version is for one year. Yeah, lots of people doesn't want to format PC again and again but my PC run hardly 3-4 months and I do format my PC whether for the reason of virus or others.

Can't wait to try it. I am using Dial-up and can't download it. Gotta get it off my friend.

I loved the previous beta version and I am sure this release will be even more better.

Actually the recommendation of RAM for windows7 is 2GB but I'm already using it with only 512MB. My PC is almost 4 years old and I require to install all the graphic driver, sound driver, network adaptor etc. with my motherboard CD individually if I install XP operating system. But here I'm really surprised that Windows7 has already a lots of in-build drivers and my PC got all the drivers from Windows7 automatically.

    Installed it yesterday.
Works good, but as promised and advertised by Microsoft, I feel it slower than my Vista Ultimate.
    Dint like it though..
    VISTA and MAC rules!! :D

Windows 7 is very expensive for such stupid features. We are going to be paying for stuff no one will probably use. I used the windows 7 rc and found it very irritating.
    1. Windows 7 wouldn't install my gtx295 drivers......
    2. Gadgets
    3. Its slower than vista.....

    surly the options
    better than Winows XP.
    Better than XP and Vista.

are really the same as its common knowledge that XP > Vista

anyway i think windows 7 is brilliant so far been using since it was released and very impressed.

if you have a seperate partion you can rename the iso file to a .zip file extract it and run setup.exe and it sould work fine

Windows 7 is better than Vista.
Although i would prefer for the Official Release, as like what Bohra said, i dont want to reformat and reformat again.

    Which kinda takes time.

I have heard about windows 7 but not tried yet. I'm still gathering some feedbacks about this one before I try.
