    MOM says:- no TV in the morning. It only disturbs your mind and make you think bad things all the day. And no headphones also, headphones only give you head-aches.

    I never turn it on until evening...7pm or so.
    I find it too distracting and keeps me from getting any work done.
    By 7pm, I'm tired and ready to wind down with a little TV. :)
