    I think you need to break it up with some navigation from a central page. Maybe install a CMS as previously suggested, hire somebody to do code it, or learn to do it yourself.

    Thanks for the info ....I got your point..... But I want to ask another thing......
    Is it okay if i let it to be like ths for a few days because I have some other work to do ...or should I remove the page because some how google will track this page..... DOes it affect if you keep on changing the page even after google tracks it down....... I hope you understand my question...if not let me know ...thanks

    I would think you would be all set... I wouldn’t wait to long just because people will go to your site and get inpatient because it doesn’t load and leave. Which is exactly what you don’t want... That’s probably what I would do if I ran across your page...

    ya i got it but my question is if i dont change my page for a few days and in between these days google picks up my page... then does it affect the ranking of my page or does it give a bad impression to google bot if i change the page... i mean minor changes like replacing heavy images with light images etc. ... will ranking remain same??

    You seriously need to cut down on the images. Your page takes way to long to load. If I was a normal visitor I would have left before it finished downloading.

    As others have said, you should make the images smaller. Takes too long to load even on a broadband connection.

    Takes time to load, or maybe it's just me.
    Very cool though... maybe you could group the image into different pages so as not to make it look kinda overloaded
