PayPal Dispute will waste time if any Buyer asks refund for the digital products. (Refer this post for more details) So, I am suggesting below solution for the paypal. Paypal can add an option for marking as "No refund" while creating the paypal button. When the Buyer clicks this paypal button, it should show warning (e.g No refund can be made for this sales) for the Buyer. And, the buyer should not be allowed to ask refund once they proceed with this warning message. Since the genuine buyers know that asking refund for digital product is meaningless, they will proceed with the warning message. So, I think it will helpt to avoid the fraud buyers while keeping the genuine buyers. What do you think about this suggestion? You may refer this post for more details.
i dont think paypal will take this action, this will not benefit paypal, and they might not consider this feature
I think PayPal can get benefit by saving their time as this feature will help to reduce the disputes. Anyway, I agree with your above opinion. There may be some reason which prevents paypal to implement this feature.
I think neither buyer nor paypal get benefit by this suggestion and may be it will harm to buyer if he or she won't get refund money at a time. anyway if we can like this suggestion or not, paypal will never change their rules for us and specially for indian buyers. It's very tough for indian buyers because of RBI rules.
Yes, we do like the suggestions. Unfortunately however, those suggestions being likened by us isn't going to change a thing, unless Paypal likes them too. So the question is, does PAYPAL like these suggestions?
