Love the logo perfect in my opinion. but you need some more content on the home page. Maybe a quick description of the different hosting plans and what you get with them. And there is way too much space on the right side. the php image is very choppy and needs to be fixed. The bold hosting and compare are hosting plans is too fat it needs to be slimed down a bit. Other than that it looks more professional than the company that I use.
Hmm, I'm kind of 50/50 on this one. In one hand, I like the simplicity. On the other hand, I don't think you're utilizing the full page. I'd recommend adding some color to the page and hitting the visitor with your hosting plans on the main page. You're using a large header, but your links are so small, I'd enlarge the main links, such as "hosting plans". The domain name is great, it should help you on google. By the way, where's the logo that the previous poster spoke of, I didn't see a logo?
Music stops quickly at least. Ok graphics, would bump up the FAQs and make them understandable to new hosting clients. Killer FAQ area would distinguish you from all the rest aflicted with the RTFM syndrome.
1. Remove music (or allow user to start manually, not automatically) 2. Buy a sleeker template (this one SUCKS really bad, sorry) Gotta have some color and fluff. If you want, I can make a nice template for you for $15 or so. (PM me if interested) 3. Add some more info about your plans on the front page 4. Add some credibility to your site by linking to referrers or get some awards. 5. Take a look at other popular hosting sites to get more ideas on how to make your site look good to customers.
