    I adore Indian food. Probably too much.

    fav dish has to be Chicken Tikka Masala, which I suppose brings up another debate about whether it is truly Indian or not! Wasn't it invented in the UK with a can of tomato soup?

    would love to travel to India some day to try the real thing, love all those spices.....
