    Well I like it,but I'm still using facebook more than g+ because most of my friends are still not on google+(of course they hv signed up to g+,but they are not active)

    google+ is so must better to run an community, they want to be talked to or shared content than any social network. My sneaky trick is to create a paid (low end) membership for access to high value content. Also its the best alternatives to webinar providers, they can see and interact with you.
