Yoga is very beneficial for health. It relieves you from stress and makes you feel better. Almost all the diseases which a human body have can be cured with the help of yoga. Practicing yoga daily increases your immune system as well as enhances your memory. Yoga keeps you fresh and enthusiastic the whole day and practicing it on a regular basis makes you look younger and charming. So i do yoga daily and keep myself fit.
I like to do yoga as it is beneficial to our health. And i don't think it's only for girls. Anybody can do this to remain fit.

A good way to start is to get to yoga school. If you want to start on your own, get few books on hatha yoga, read them and try to exercise.
