Yes i like yoga, and want to attend yoga classes but unfortunately i can`t, because i don`t have the spare time to do yoga.
I have followed some lessons, I loved the part at the end, laying down under a blanket while the instructor is talking... Hard not to fall asleep but very relaxing! The bending part is hard, since I'm not that flexible! But I want to do it again some day to become more flexible
I personally find yoga an excellent form of exercise. Many negative views forget that yoga can be adapted to focus on strength as well as the ability to improve posture, which can only add benefits. Regards
I perform Surya Namaskar daily morning. Lately I was suffering from hand pain (sort of CTS) and my cousin brother advised me to do so. It does offer some relief.
