Yoga is very beneficial for every people like boys, girl and mostly overage people. But I dont like the Yoga!
Yes I do like Yoga because I practice on a daily basis. The benefit is that it make me feel so relaxed and energized to do the tedious tasks that I have to do on my daily life activities.
I think yoga is not just for women, this type of exercise is urgently needed by the men also filled with stress at work .. to restore your mind body and soul
My friend ask me to started with yoga and he said me that yoga have many health benefits. but, I'm not interested.
I never do yoga, so I don't know if it's something I like.. many good things about yoga exercise, so probably I will try it in the future..
I'd like to get a guru and really practice it. But all my encounters with yoga have been watching YT and trying to exercise by myself, which isn't exactly like what the real "yoga" is about.
