I like Chinese-American food which is what Chinese restaurants offer in the U.S., for the most part. Have never had "native" Chinese food, though I would be willing to try it, given the opportunity.
Only American-Chinese I like is Lo Mein with vegetables and pretty much anything prepared on a hibachi grill.
Depends on the restaurant. Generally speaking, I do like Chinese. Probably like Thai a bit more though.
I don't know anyone who doesn't like Chinese food. If it's fresh and presented in a yummy-tasty way - my family loves it a lot. But I was to one Chinese restaurant (it is closed now) in our area that was pretty bad and I am not surprised that it got shut down. Any restaurant owner should understand that, when it comes to food, you have to be/stay at the top of freshness and cleanliness, otherwise, you have no business in being in a restaurant business.
You know, we used to have two favorite Chinese buffets (which work better for us due to the wide selections of food) until my wife and two kids got sick after eating at one of them one time. I am sure that it had something to do with freshness/preparation. Now, we only have one favorite...
Chinese food is my favourite (particularly Szechuan), but any and all Asian food is amazing. Thai and Vietnamese food are incredible too.
