I won't eat Chinese food unless it's cooked by Buddhists. I know too many people from HK who love to smuggle pork into EVERYTHING, and still call it 'vegetarian' But when it's done right, Chinese/Buddhist vegetarian food is one of the best things on the planet.
Definitely i love chinese food and i really like to learn chinese cuisine... That's the best food i've ever tasted in my entire life...hehehe...
You shouldn't eat shark fin soup, they're hunting them to the brink of extinction. They just cut the fin and throw back the shark in the ocean, left to die. What a waste. There are laws against this but criminal organizations feed the black market.
i do not like hor fan much, i like steamed items, and that is a native specialties in my hometown. my Mom is good at cooking steamed fresh vegetable, meat and so on. I prefer this way of cooking, bcz it is not that oily.
I like Chinese food. There are so many provinces in China. Differernt provinces have different eating styles. The north part of China love to eat food made from wheat, while th south often eat rice as their main food. Different food can be made. Some are spicy, some are mild, upon your choice.
