That's what I hear. I don't think the chinese "fast food" in North America should really count as genuine chinese cuisine. You have to try the higher end stuff.
I'm 1/3 Chinese, and I grew up with my Aunt teaching me how to make various Chinese dishes. So yup, I'm a fan of Chinese food, along with alot of Asian dishes, especially Thai!
I've tried several different dishes from different restaurants, and I just don't like Chinese Food. My kids love it though, so I let them have it whenever they want. But for me, it just doesn't work.
Nice to hear you like Chinese food . Chinese food is a fantastic art and creation . Of course I like it and I eat and cook Chinese food everyday.
Chinese is probably my # favourite, but, Chinese food from Australia (indeed, probably better in China or Japan - hey I know they're different but they're both the same too like Scotland/Ireland) in Europe, Chinese food isn't that nice at all (it's ok, but nothing great and can't hold a candle to Aussie Chinese) here, but I still eat it and recently an all-you-can-eat Chinese has opened up
I love Chinese food. Dim sum is my favorite... capcay, peking duck, and shark fin soup also very delicious...
