    wow,if that,then it must be 炒(stir-fried)河粉 in Chinese as MaAsterO metioned above.Unlike flavour-made noodles,河粉 is made of rice powder.So it tastes soft than noodles.
    First mix the rice powder with water,then steam the paste into thin slices.After cooling,cut to strips,and stir-fry with pork,beef,bean sprouts or something else.Dish done.
