Why not , Jokes are made for people to laugh about , rascist ones or not , its a joke its not like your gonna cry at the joke. Even if people do not get all the jokes in the world you will still laugh , because if you don't you think your gonna afend the person telling it if you don't understand it.
racial jokes are usually quite old and tend to be the same in several countries, so on the long term you kind of get tired of hearing them. but basically, i have no issues with them and find them pretty nice
