Do you know where to change a "three dots" (...)?

I have a problem with my site.
When you check some article in the menu, for example an A > Acne > you will go here - http://bit.ly/aBhgOx

I need to change a "three dots" (...) to "Read more..." - do you know in which file I may to edit that??

I mean this "three dots" - http://i37.tinypic.com/2j271o8.jpg
