    Do you know what factors need to be taken into consideration for the Google+ search results?

    No one knows all the factors as they are part of the "algorithm" which of course is not publicly revealed.

    You can be sure that good content and a good user experience are two big factors in this.

    Making sure the content on your site is compelling, and is what people would really want to read (and not just articles loaded up with keywords) will along go a long way towards helping you rank better.

    Think back to sites you visit that you like. Chances are you visit because of the visual design and the content.

    Do the same for your site.

    Google search+ of course also relies on your search history by trying to bring in content relevant to you specifically and taking into account your browsing preferences.

    For example when browsing and logged into a google account if you click Back in your browser after visiting a website there is now an option to Block that entire website from your search results.

    This is why it's so important to you as a webmaster to focus on a good user experience for your visitors!
