    For small site it's not important to submit sitemap to google. If you have good navigation, spiders will index all of your pages.
    For larger sites with dynamic content and database it's good to use php script as sitemap generator. Put it then into google sitemap address and you will have dynamic sitemap.

    Hi,
    First you have to open account in Google webmaster tool, there is an option for sitemap.Then you can create site map through **tp://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ and upload it.
