Oddly enough, no I haven't seen it. Either way, there are multiple threads for all sorts of business. Your checking for SmartFilter BESS, I am checking for WebSense which is the preferred school filter.
These services are still very much available, I've had one person contact me via PM and so far they have been happy with their results so I was informed. I am able to scan roughly around 500-750 proxies daily and can do this with no problem. So if you need to know if they are blocked, at least try my service to see if your happy with my guaranteed results.

So far around seven people have messaged me for this job, I have added several users to the list and now scan about four sites daily. As stated above, I could easily manage several hundred daily so if you want to stay ahead of the rest of your game by knowing if your proxy becomes blocked, contact me and take me up on my service.
