    1) Use cache plugins (eg. wp super cache, w3 total cache - just test which one is best for you)
    2) Remove unnecessary plugins
    3) Study more about offloading
    4) remove unnecessary db class (i suggest you research on this)
    5) PHP server optimization (lot of good stuff upon search)
    6) Repair databases (to delete overhead)
    7) Minify JS and CSS
    8) Search for more.. yeah, there are still so many optimization stuffs that you can use..
