Within the "Settings" section of your Blogger account, make sure that your blog isn't designated as having adult content. If your blog is marked as containing adult content, then I'm guessing that a message like the one you described might appear. This is a user-selectable option.
The thing is I have adult content and that warning page was already put in place. So is there anything left to be done now? (in order to remove that warning page)
Wait. So, your blog has adult content, but you don't want the warning page? Seriously? No, there's nothing to be done. Host it on your own server if you really want to subject people to adult content w/o confirmation. There is a legal risk, however, if you do so.
