    No, there is no direct way.
    But if your friend or relative live somewhere, ask them to send via western union and give money via PP to them.

    If you are in India its anyway Not legal to use WU for business.
    and also there is no Direct way in India to get funds via paypal to WU

    I think you cannot use a western union in paypal, only visa card to withdraw in paypal, such as unionbank, master etc..

    Paypal and Western Union are separate entities. Its not possible. Besides they are competitors.
