    Hi there! I am looking for some input on how to create a website such as www.hotornot.com. What kind of languages are used i.e. HTML, etc., and how much it would cost if I decide to pay someone to do it for me? Please, if you know the specifics, just point me in the right direction.     For that website you would need a simple php script. To get an original design & xHTML/CSS & PHP script integrate.

    I can do this for $300 USD
