Hello, I have German and French sites and want to develope their links through submitting articles, but I don't know neither German nor French articles distribution systems like isnare.com or others. Do you know any? And of English systems which do you rate the highest? I would like to submit one article per month mainly for inbound links and I don't have great budgets for that.
