    I doubt any host would allow warez.. didn't certain websites plan on buying an island so they could legally offer warez?

    I don't think any free hosting site will allow it, even paid ones don't allow it let alone free ones.

    unfortunelly 000webhost changet controle panel to
    non cpanel

    they creat a new stupid controle pannel for new accounts
