    I think thats not possible. if it was I would transfer all my money to moneybookers since you never know when they are going to limit your account, and steal your money.

    1) Transfer your money from Paypal account to your bank account

    2) Transfer your money from your bank account to your Moneybookers account.

    its against Paypal and MB's TOS and policy... if you break there policy then you will lose your money and your account forever.... and also DP dont allow money exchange.... and i will give you a free advice... dont do money exchage if you dont want to get scammed.. as 99% time money exchange get scammed...

    Withdraw funds from your paypal account to your credit card and then upload that funds through your credit card to your moneybookers account.
