I was looking at some ppc campaigns and I heard of CPV and PPV. I'm looking for some information about that, but I can't really find anything interesting.

Can you guys help me with that? maybe get me some leads. Thanks

You need to be more specific. Plenty of people can answer most of your questions, and someone will try.

Do you want to know where to purchase or what info are you seeking?

    Hi Guy,

If you are seeking places to buy, you can do worse than http://adoori.com or http://mediatraffic.com but if you intend to use that traffic at the website found in your profile, it's doubtful you will be happy with the results and it might even cost you your Adsense account. For more insight read this http://lowQualityTraffic.com

    Hope it helps

Its Cost Per View (CPV) or Pay Per View (PPV)

Both CPV and PPV can be from advertisers or publishers point of view or spending and earning respectively. Its very similar to CPC and PPC.

Its when you create a video Advertisement of your product or service then set price for each view it gets, viewers are then paid that amount for viewing.

How it normally works is, people download screensaver and games, which have adware installed, then when the user browses the net, they get shown offers when they go on certain sites. Its these very popups that you are bidding on, amongst many other people. You have to find the right sites to show your offer popups on. Thats key.
Yes, Mediatraffic or Trafficvance are good networks. Its all about finding decent target URL's for a specific offer by testing a bunch and removing the ones that generate lots of clicks but no conversions. Eventually you should end up with some golden nugget urls that convert. Then you can find similar ones to these. There are many good resources for this subject, such as PPVplaybook, and some internet marketing forums.

PPV landing pages have to be a specific size, usually 750x500 or 750x550 pixels. I specialise in PPV landing page design, and I have them for sale on my site http://www.getlandersgetpaid.com for $4.99 each. I've got most main niches covered and I'm bringing out new pages all the time. Check it out if you're thinking of giving PPV a go.

    Chris.

have you tried that new fangled thingummyjig? Whats it called now... oh darn it's on the tip of my tongue. That's it, a 'search engine'. I believe there's quite a good one called Gurgle or Gooble or something.

If everyone on this forum told everyone else to use a search engine, what would the point of these forums be?

something to keep in mind, your regular ppc landing page would not work as these ppv campaigns will have their own landing page popup size restriction, usually around 750px wide ... something to consider while developing your ppv LP
