    Yes, download.com has software that can do this. I am sure you wouldn't use it to spam, though? :)

    Look up the CANN Spam act before you do anything.... At $10,000 a letter you better make sure you know what you are doing.

    some softwares located download.com but i think all of them make spam also this is not god.
