Do you know any "inanchor" tool/se?

Simply question, how many anchors are pointing to site.

    Yahoo linkdomain, returns all links,
Google inanchor: + link: returns only pr4+ sites.
msn does not have (or not described) inanchore tag.

Do you know any SE that has big like google/msn/yahoo database,
    and would do
    "link:www.dom.com +inachor:word"?
and return sites that has "word" in anchor and link to www.dom.com

If not do you have any ideas how one can be rent, build or
    other way achived?

At Yahoo! you can type linkdomain:url.com "keyword phrase" to see all the pages that link to the site and have the text on the page. Sadly, Yahoo! doesn't support inanchor:, but it should be able to work for most of your needs.
