Do you know any good Reloadable Prepaid VISA/MASTERCARD

Hi there,

I would like to know if there's around any good prepaid VISA/MASTERCARD issuer around.

What i need in poor words is a card (debit visa or something like that) that could be used for online purchases (also virtual is ok, it means only the numbers), that could be reloaded by sending Western Union payments to the company itself.

I'm not based in the US.

Look like the late mygcard.com. I know there have been some issue for the instituion issuing such cards (it was Canadian).

I know there's Ikobo.com but they accept only another credit card as source of funding. I need any service that would accept Western Union or Wire transfer to load the card.

I have credit card but what i need is debit card (that i can load by myself and spend the money on it) which unfortunately is not issued in HK.

 

I can get a Virtual Card for you but only funding by e-gold

I am not sure if this will suit your needs but there is prepaid card called launched by Russell Simmons and I think boost mobile has one too. I use the one by Simmons you can find out more by visiting RushCard.com I used it verify by PayPal account and I fund it using Money Gram and you can also fund by Electronic Transfer.
