Do you know any alternative to buy a VCC without Entropay?

    Hi, Entropay VCC does not work for me. Do you know any website alternative to create VCC without using Entropay? many thanks!

    I used entropay for paypal payments long time back. But they had very high fees. So, I started using VCC cards provided by local banks. Safe and secure.
