Note:I will only give you the money if the traffic provider/source you provide me really works.
What kind of services do you intend to provide. Blogging is good for whatever kind of niche you are venturing into. Create a blog and offer valuable information relating to your niche. Blogging takes time like most ways to drive traffic to a site. For quick result try PPC. Google adword and Yahoo offer a great Pay Per Click service. Note PPC is quite expensive and requires skills otherwise you can lose a lot of money in a hurry with nothing to show for it.
Unfortunately this is where the art of marketing comes into effect. I have seen some really nice looking websites never make a dime. In fact, the first business I ever owned was a gaming server company and because I thought I had a good looking website people would be eager to buy from me. Thats not the way it works. I would recommend NOT buying traffic unless you are looking into PPC which is specific to whatever you are marketing. Buying just random traffic is generally going to get you people who aren't interested in what you are selling in the BEST CASE SCENARIO. The vast majority of paid traffic is people who have viruses on their computer and it is forcing them to open up the browser and look at your website or there is some type of software running up the visitor numbers on your website, all the while wasting bandwidth with no intention of buying. I would simply recommend looking more into marketing. You came to the right place. Look at what others are doing to build TARGETED traffic to their websites.
Blogging is a good way to start. Keep networking and sharing your idea.. You really have to do different kind of marketing to see what work and not.. Good luck!

Go to Facebook and find fan pages with millions of fans, hint: Ellen Degeneres Show, Ashton Kutcher have LOTS of fans.... post your link there and a short message. Start your own Fan pages on Facebook. Google adwords too.. if you know what you are doing. And improve your offpage SEO with backlinks, RSS feeds and social bookmarking.

if you are looking for real traffic, you can either go for ppc advertising (facebook is very cheap) or pay for SEO company.
Check out majon.com they offer guaranteed visitor packages but I would recommned looking at their mall link or press release services. Kind of expensive but you get what you pay for in my opinion.
