    I use many SEO tools in daily routine. Some of them are Firefox Addons like SearchStatus, SEO4firefox, SEOQuake etc and NoDoFollow, backlink checker.

    SEOquake is quite covering the most important parts - incorporating integration with all the major 3 indexes and yahoo site explorer. Of course all specific tools for specific purposes as well make sense related to situations. But your human intelligence must be the master tool above any other !

    I use SearchStatus in Firefox, Incoming Backlink Checker, and the Alexa Toolbar in IE (SearchStatus shows Alexa rank, but I like having the toolbar installed as well because it offers easy access to related sites, etc).
