    I believe the first H1 or heading carries more weight with Google, so it is a good idea if it includes relevant keywords.

    H1 is used for your most important keywords of your site
    google gives more importance to that keyword and dont use again and again otherwise google baned you

    In Dashboard Wordpress, I always make 'Description', 'Keywords', and 'Title'. Anything else?Because I want my posting in first page of google

    H1 means the first heading of your web page and should include your main keywords.

    Using H1 tag with keywords is best on page seo strategy, it is also written in google webmaster tools to use h1 tag with keywords in header section.

    Please don't use h1 tag after h2, h3 or else
